#Driverfix license key software
I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and I downloaded the software and Windows Defender immediately warned me of a virus and the download was also blocked by Chrome. Also seeing /#header in the URL, now this may be normal but this is not something that I have ever seen before, and I have been surfing the web for a long time. I go to the DriverFix website, and in the corner it says "not secure", this is an immediate red flag for me as I do not see this too often, and if they were a legitimate company surely they would have legitimate and updated certificates on their website.
I know i'm a little late to the party but I wanted to share my thoughts on this, since I have had my own experience with DriverFix.
There is obviously no way you can cancel your subscription anywhere in their website, you don't buy "1 year of this extremely crappy service", you enter into a recurrent subscription so I had to cancel it through paypal, and I hope I won't get charged.

Sorry to dig this one up, but I cannot overstate it enough to anyone who reads the comments of this post and thinks, like I did "meh, they must be exaggerating, it cannot be that bad, there are decent reviews in specialised review websites".ġ - getting a license: In most review websites they say it's "1.5 a month". It is because the manufacturer knows DriverFix is a broken app, and they do not want that disclosed until after they have your money. And there is good reason why DriverFix does not offer a free trial without disclosing your credit card. Software purchase online is not covered by PayPal's buyer protection plan, after the software is delivered.ĭo not buy this software.
PayPal ruled against me, too, in arbitration because PayPal takes the position that once the software is delivered, the buyer is stuck with it. At least in my case, DriverFix just ignored my refund request, after their own employee conceded DriverFix is riddled with bugs. But the manufacturer sells it, anyway, because selling is how they earn a living.ĭon't be swayed by their 100 percent moneyback guarantee because they won't honor it.
